Jannik Freese: From Pro Athlete to Wellness Advocate

Jannik Freese former professional basketball player knows first hand the importance of quality rest and recovery. Born in Oldenburg, Germany Jannik played for multiple teams in the Basketball-Bundesliga including EWE Baskets Oldenburg, Alba Berlin and Hamburg Towers. During his time as an athlete he learned that rest is as important as training for optimal performance.

After retiring from pro sports Jannik channeled his experience into a new mission: helping others live a balanced life. His journey from the court to co founding "night knight" is a proof of his commitment to make wellness accessible and effective for everyone no matter the background.

Jannik’s Take: “As an athlete I relied on proper rest to perform at my best. With ‘night knight’ I wanted to create something that supports relaxation and recovery for everyone whether they are athletes or simply living a busy life.”
